Correction to Ostrow et al. (2017)

When the article “Discontinuing Psychiatric Medications: A Survey of Long-Term Users,” by Laysha Ostrow, Ph.D., M.P.P., et al. (doi: 10.1176/appi.ps.201700070) was published online on July 17, 2017, and subsequently appeared in the December 2017 issue (Vol. 68, issue 12), the acknowledgments should have included a sentence indicating that “Ms. Cassani, Mr. Hall, and Ms. Tyler also contributed to the study conception and survey instrument design.” This sentence was added and the article reposted on May 26, 2022.
