The list will change monthly as new sites are identified, existing sites add new features, and different categories of sites are included. American Society for Adolescent Psychiatry—www.adolpsych.org Besides contact information for the society's staff, the Web site provides news, annual meeting details, a calendar of events, and general information on what the society does and how to become a member.

The National Membership Committee on Psychoanalysis in Clinical Social Work—www.nmcop.org The site includes a summary of the committee's goals and purposes, contact information for executive committee members, a membership application, an on-line newsletter, and results of the committee's 1998 member survey on current and suggested activities.

International Psychogeriatric Association—www.ipa-online.org/ ipaonline/ Currently spotlights the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease and provides a separate guide to the diagnosis and assessment of the disorder. Also provides an on-line educational package about the behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia.

AEGIS—www.aegis.com AEGIS, begun in 1990 under the auspices of the Sisters of St. Elizabeth of Hungary, a small religious community in California, has grown into the world's largest Web site on HIV/AIDS, connecting more than 32,000 electronic bulletin boards in 66 countries. Its home page features news reports on HIV/AIDS from major media around the world. The site also offers a key topics section, with basic information for newly infected persons; a reference section, with statistics and a glossary of HIV/ AIDS terms; a law library; and articles from AIDS-related publications.
