American Association of Directors of Psychiatric Residency Training—www.aadprt.org This Web site is intended to be a resource for psychiatric educators, psychiatric residents, and medical students. The site offers news about the association, a calendar of events, and a members-only section.

American Psychoanalytic Association—www.apsa.org Sections include general information about psychoanalysis, a literature search function, selected articles from the organization's journal and newsletter, information about APsA's educational and fellowship programs, an explanation of the association's educational standards, and a member database for locating a psychoanalyst.

Children and Adults With Attention Deficit Disorders (CHADD) is a national organization with more than 32,000 members and over 500 chapters. It was founded in 1987 in response to the frustration and sense of isolation experienced by parents and their children with attention deficit disorders. On its Web site, CHADD uses fact sheets, a list of frequently asked questions, and news releases to provide up-to-date information on diagnosis and treatment as well as on other issues, such as the legal rights of children with the disorder.
