Dr. Aviram is professor emeritus at the School of Social Work and Social Welfare, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Mt. Scopus, Jerusalem 91905, Israel (e-mail: msaviram@mscc.huji.ac.il). He was formerly (2007–2011) chairperson of the Israel National Council for the Rehabilitation in the Community of Persons With Mental Disabilities.
