Sites with more Hispanic clients (larger circles) tended to face similar barriers of patient motivation (PTINTEREST) and resource availability (RESOURCES). Staffing-related barriers (SRRESIST, SRETENT, SFIND), organizational constraints (TIMEC, ORGPROCS), and information systems (IT), in the center, were shared across most sites. Changes in the center were sustained by more sites relative to those in the periphery of the diagram.
