Subscription Rates

Except for psychiatric residents (see below), the journal is available only through paid subscription. All subscriptions to the print journal include access to the full text of the journal on the Internet. One-year subscriptions (12 issues) within the U.S. are $45 a year for members of the American Psychiatric Assocation, $51 for nonmembers, $109 for institutions, and $25.50 for students. Subscriptions outside the U.S. are $45 for APA members, $74 for nonmembers, $149 for institutions, and $37 for students. (Copies are shipped to foreign countries by air freight.) Make checks payable to the American Psychiatric Association and mail to the circulation department at APA. Credit card orders are accepted by phone, fax, or e-mail.

Address Changes and Inquiries: Individual Subscriptions

For address changes or inquiries about subscription status or billing, contact the circulation department. For faster service, refer to the personal I.D. number located above the name on the mailing label. For address changes, include both the old and the new address. Please give at least six weeks' advance notice of a change of address to ensure uninterrupted service.

Please notify the circulation department of missed issues within two months of the publication date and allow two to three weeks for delivery.

Group Subscriptions

For address changes or inquiries about subscriptions received through the Psychiatric Services Resource Center, phone 800-366-8455 or 202-682-6349. The Resource Center offers mental health facilities and agencies group subscriptions to Psychiatric Services at discounted rates. Other benefits of PSRC membership include copies of APA's practice guideline publications, compendiums of articles from Psychiatric Services on important mental health topics, and discounts on APA's products and services. Subscriptions for Residents

Psychiatric residents in U.S. training programs are entitled to receive a free subscription to Psychiatric Services throughout their residency training. Residents requesting a free subscription should send their name and address along with the name and location of their residency program, their year of training, and the name of their training director to the circulation department.

Single Issues

Single issues from previous volumes or earlier issues in the current volume are available for purchase from the circulation department. Single issues are $8.50 in the U.S. and $10.50 outside the U.S.

Reprints

Reprints of single articles are available from the APA library; phone, 202-682-6080, or fax, 202-682-6248. The charge is $10 per article, or $5 per article for APA members and staff in organizations affiliated with the Psychiatric Services Resource Center. Bulk reprints of journal articles are available (a minimum of 100 copies). Allow four to six weeks for delivery. For information, contact the circulation department at 202-682-6240.
