In the paper "A System for Patients' Rights Advocacy in State Psychiatric Inpatient Facilities in Maryland," pp. 127-131 of the February 1992 issue, the information about the second author was incorrect. Carolyn Bell, L.C.S.W., A.C.S.W., is director of the patient advocacy program for the 12 state psychiatric facilities operated by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. The first author of the paper is Thomas F. Krajewski, M.D.
