Abstract

An article in the news section of the June issue (page 654) erroneously identified federal appeals court judge David L. Bazelon as the late Judge Bazelon. Although he is in ill health and no longer active in judicial matters, Judge Bazelon continues to reside at his home in Washington, D. C. The editors regret the error.
