Abstract

The address given for Ann D'Ercole, Ph. D., on page 395 of the April issue was incorrect. The correct address is Manhattan Bowery Corporation, 275 7th Avenue, 5th Floor, New York, New York 10001. Dr. D'Ercole is the corresponding author of the Paper entitled "Diagnosis of Physical Illness in Psychiatric Patients Using Axis III and a Standardized Medical History."
