Weekly seminars for staff to discuss their problems in conducting individual psychotherapy have evolved into therapy groups. The groups are held on both interdisciplinary and departmental bases, and use a variety of techniques, including marathon encounters and psychodrama. Similar groups are also held for interns in the various mental health disciplines, nursing students, and summer volunteers.
