An author's name was omitted from the byline of “Perceptions of Quality of Health Care Among Veterans With Psychiatric Disorders,” published in the September 2011 issue, pages 1054–1059.

The correct byline is as follows: Inger Burnett-Zeigler, Ph.D.; Kara Zivin, Ph.D.; Mark A. Ilgen, Ph.D.; Khairul Islam, Ph.D.; Amy S. B. Bohnert, Ph.D.
