In the May 2006 issue, pp. 610—612, the names of two authors were omitted from the byline in the column "Use of Collaborative Problem Solving to Reduce

Seclusion and Restraint in Child and Adolescent Inpatient Units," by Greene et al. The correct byline is Ross W. Greene, Ph.D., J. Stuart Ablon, Ph.D., Bruce Hassuk, M.D., Kathleen M. Regan, R.N., B.S.N., and Andrés Martin, M.D., M.P.H. Dr. Hassuk is with Harvard Medical School and is former Medical Director of the Child Assessment Unit, Cambridge Hospital. Ms. Regan is with the Child Assessment Unit, Cambridge Hospital, and the Cambridge Health Alliance, Harvard Medical School.
