Abstract

This month's guest expert, Dr. John Oldham, discusses a case in which several treatment approaches yielded unsuccessful outcomes. Dr. Oldham is deputy director of the New York State Psychiatric Institute and associate professor of clinical psychiatry at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City.
